How to measure
- Width: lay a similar garment flat and measure straight across the chest, just below the armholes.
- Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem.
- Child's chest: measure around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level.

Thank you for shopping with Cartsy (www.cartsy.shop). Most Cartsy apparel is made to order: we print each item after you buy it. That means less waste and no piles of unsold stock, but it also means your order takes a little longer than off-the-shelf clothing.
1. Production time (before your order ships)
- Most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days after you place them.
- Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Busy periods, especially November–December, can add extra production time. If we expect a delay we will let you know.
- Orders with several items may ship in more than one package if the items are made at different facilities. You will not be charged extra shipping because of a split shipment.
2. Shipping time (after your order ships)
Estimates are counted after production is finished:

Express shipping may require a phone number at checkout for the carrier.
3. Shipping rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout from your destination, the items in your cart, and the method you choose. You will always see the shipping cost before you pay.
4. Order tracking
When your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the shipping email arrives. If you haven't received a shipping email within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us.
5. International orders, customs and duties
- We ship to most countries. A few destinations cannot be served because of carrier or legal restrictions (including Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions). If checkout won't accept your address, we are unable to ship there.
- International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states that duties are prepaid.
- Packages refused or unclaimed because of unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a free replacement or refund (see our Refund Policy).
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because production starts quickly, we may not be able to change an address once your order is in production. Orders returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a free replacement, but we will help reship at the customer's expense if the package is returned to us.
7. Lost, late or damaged packages
- Late: If your order is past the estimated delivery window, please wait 2 extra business days (carriers sometimes catch up), then contact us with your order number.
- Lost or damaged: Our Refund Policy explains our 30-Day Quality Protection. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages, or within 30 days of delivery for damaged, misprinted or incorrect items.
8. Order changes and cancellations
Because items are made to order, we can only change or cancel an order before production starts. Contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
