Shipping

How long will my order take?
Everything is printed to order. Most orders are printed and packed in 2 to 5 business days. US Standard shipping then takes about 3 to 4 business days, so plan on roughly 5 to 9 business days total. November and December can add a little extra time. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Is shipping free?
Yes, US shipping is free on orders over $35. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

What are the holiday order-by dates?
Thanksgiving: order by Nov 12. Hanukkah: order by Nov 20 for delivery before Dec 4. Christmas: order by Dec 11 for US delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees, so earlier is safer.

Where are Cartsy products made?
Our products are printed on demand by our production partner. US orders are generally printed at US facilities, and orders with several items may ship in more than one package at no extra cost.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, to Canada and many other countries. International delivery usually takes about 7 to 25 business days.

How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns and exchanges

What if something is wrong with my order?
Our 30-Day Quality Protection covers items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, in the wrong size or design because of a fulfillment error, or missing. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund. Please don't send items back without instructions from us. Can I return something that just doesn't fit?
Because each item is made just for you, please check our Size Guide before ordering. Our Refund Policy explains exactly what's covered.

Sizing and care

How do your sizes run?
Baby bodysuits and tees come in infant month sizes, toddler tees run 2T to 5T, and kids styles come in kids and youth sizes (XS to XL for sweatshirts). Measurements for every style are on our Size Guide. Between sizes? Size up, they grow fast.

How do I wash my Cartsy pieces?
Turn inside out, wash cold on gentle and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
