Cartsy Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of www.cartsy.shop, operated by Cartsy. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

All products are made to order by our production partner, Printful. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) for reasons such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock. Production takes 2–7 business days; US shipping usually takes 3–8 business days.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify.

Product appearance

Colors and print placement may vary slightly from images due to screens and the print-on-demand process.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: no returns for size or change of mind; misprinted, damaged or defective items reported within 30 days with a photo get a free replacement or refund.

Intellectual property

All designs, text, images and logos on this site belong to Cartsy and may not be copied or resold without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Cartsy's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms; the version posted on the site applies.
